Teen Titans 15

Teen Titans 15 cover

The splash page is both revolting and creatively brilliant.

The Titans being captured, he puts them into a sealed dome that is slowly devolving them - They are all becoming Neanderthals, All except Robot Man, who will perhaps turn into a toaster.

It's a real fail for the Titans as they are unable to prevent the slaughter going on in Zandia.

Who would have known that I would look with so much hope at a group sporting the name "The Brotherhood of Evil"?

Power demonstrations are in order and what better reason than Changeling attacking. First up is Phobia.

Then Houngan.

If that's not delightful enough, Wolfman gives us a nice four panel exposition on the various powers.

The dynamics of the upcoming alliance is explained by our stupidly honest Changeling.

Did it ever occur to Gar the Brotherhood could have just killed him after such an abrasive speech? But then again it does say "Teen" on the title of this comicbook.

That's a strange name "Houngan". Looking it up it means a priest in the voodoo religion of Haiti.

The Brotherhood attacks Madame Rouge and her cohort and she threatens to kill the Titans with a touch of a remote control button but Monsier Mallah's expert aim saves the day.

But here comes General Zahl and his "reds".

Plasmus displays his fearsome power.

And now Warp.

Warp will do this twice. These guys end up in space. The other guys will end up in the ocean depths. Both times I"m like "those are agonizing deaths". Back with the Titans, it is Robot Man who figures out a way out of the trap that they are in.

Remember Mallah getting shot by Madame Rouge? Raven finds him and heals him. Then, he save Raven.

Here's some great melee shots from Perez.

Meanwhile, it's Changeling vs Madam Rouge. A very emotional grudge match.

Madame Rouge can't handle a fighting mad Changeling and makes a run for it.

General Zahl starts spraying Robot Man with bullets . . .

. . . and gets hit by the ricochet.

Gar smashes Madame Rouge into some instrumentation and kills her.

And those twin deaths don't only bring closure to Gar and Robot Man, it also avenges the Doom Patrol.

The cliche ending is that the whole facility is set to blow. Warp gets everybody to safety as the issue closes.
