Dr Fate is here!

Dr. Fate transfers the venue from the bleak world of Wotan to the "normal" world.

Now it's time for the main event.

Back in China, Green Lantern and Hawkgirl make a baffling discovery.

The answer to this mystery is left to future issues.

So it's as Khalid feared; there is another voice in his head - he's sharing headspace. His initial reaction is to reject this voice. But the voice, who is Nabu, is giving good advice. He is telling Khalid that his can get a significant power-up by invoking the power of the Egyptian gods. Thankfully, eventually, Khalid decides to follow the advice and he begins winning.

At the conclusion of this issue this disparate band of metahumans appear to be coalescing. But, on the horizon, Steppenwolf suddenly looms with an invasion force.
